Once a service is confirmed and assigned to a technician, it is considered non-refundable.
If you choose to cancel a service after the technician has arrived or work has started, no refund will be issued.
Advance payments for custom projects (e.g., Modular Kitchen, Woodwork, Flooring) are non-refundable, as materials and labor are scheduled in advance.
We encourage all customers to discuss their requirements clearly before confirming any service. In case of dissatisfaction or issues, we are happy to review and resolve them through service adjustments or touch-ups, but refunds will not be processed under any circumstances.
