Terms & Conditions

By using Tricity Crew’s services, you agree to the following terms:

Service Scope:

We offer professional services including Modular Kitchen design, AC repair & installation, Plumbing, Electrical, Painting, Woodwork, Flooring, and Tiling.

Booking & Cancellation:

  • Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling should be done at least 12 hours before the appointment to avoid cancellation fees.

  • Emergency services are subject to technician availability.

Payment Terms:

  • Payment can be made via cash, UPI, or online transfer after service completion.

  • Some custom services (e.g., Modular Kitchen, Flooring) may require an upfront deposit.

Warranties:

We offer limited warranties on select services (e.g., installation works) which vary by service category. Please ask for warranty terms during booking.

Liability:

While we ensure quality work, Tricity Crew is not liable for damages caused due to pre-existing issues, third-party product failures, or misuse of installed items.
